Please note:
All Dell products, regardless of where they are purchased, must be warranted by an independent Dell authorized service center, via hotline +1 401-925-6503
Windows Fix does not warrant Dell products purchased from another distributor.
[ 1 ] – Warranty for Desktop Computers AT THE PLACE OF USE for all hardware errors, fast, one-for-one exchange for defective accessories, completely free of charge, during the warranty period, at all locations of use nationwide; Warranty for Laptops AT THE PLACE OF USE for all hardware errors, fast, during the warranty period, at all locations of use nationwide, for Dell products distributed by Windows Fix.1 – Time
1.1 – For Desktop Computers, it is 36 months (for PC Dell OptiPlex 9020, 7050, 3060, 7060, 3070, 7070; HP 600G1, 800G2), or 24 months (for Dell OptiPlex 7010 CPU Gen 2), or 12 to 36 months depending on the manufacturer with Dell OptiPlex 3000, 7010 (CPU Gen 13), or 12 months with Dell Vostro 3020; for new Dell Laptops, it is 12 months (Like New Laptops are 12 months at Windows Fix store).
1.2 – For Monitors, it is within 36 months.
1.3 – Extension: Customers can choose to increase the warranty period to a maximum of 5 years, with an additional annual fee of 5.99% – 10.99% of the product’s selling price at the time of purchase.
2 – Location
2.1 – In Hanoi city: Windows Fix Computer staff or Dell Global Warranty Center staff will come to your place, completely free of charge, within no more than 08 business hours from the time the customer reports the error and usually as quickly as possible.
2.2 – For other locations nationwide, according to the following specific situations, it is completely free:
2.2.1 – Windows Fix staff will come to your location at a nearby address (for all Like New PCs and Like New Laptops).
2.2.2 – Dell Warranty Center staff come to every address (with every New Dell PC, Dell Monitor, New Dell Laptop).
2.2.3 – Otherwise, ViettelPost staff – a partner of Windows Fix Computer will perform nationwide on-site warranty service (come to the customer’s place of use to exchange the device, or receive the device and send it to Windows Fix for warranty – then return it to the customer), complete within 01 to 05 days, all costs, if any, will be paid by Windows Fix.
[ 2 ] – Customers receive 24/7/365 remote technical support via UltraViewer – TeamViewer software completely free of charge, with no limit on the time of purchase or number of times. [ 3 ] – Customers receive maintenance and reinstallation of their devices completely free of charge at all Windows Fix stores nationwide, with no limit on the time of purchase or number of times. [ 4 ] – Windows Fix always controls the process to ensure that the warranty policy and service are always the best in the Vietnamese market for customers. [ 5 ] – Warranty standards and conditions apply according to general standards for electronic and technological products; warranty for software errors, gifts and accessories is not applicable; device maintenance is a different service from warranty.
