Delivery Policy

[1] – In Hanoi city (and locations within 15km), goods will be delivered and installed free of charge by DELLPC staff (for all Computer Towers, Computer Sets, Laptops).

[2] – Hanoi area is far from the center, if the customer wants to have DELLPC staff deliver to the home, there will be a small service fee.

[3] – For provinces and cities nationwide:

# Send goods by post (VNPOST, GIAOHANGNHANH, ViettelPost, Giaohangtietkiem… Link to look up: viettelpost.com.vn): DELLPC always allows customers to CHECK THE PRODUCT, correct product and description before paying for the purchase (Ship COD).

– Free shipping if customers pay in advance for goods, or make an advance payment of 200,000 VND.

– Customers are responsible for shipping costs in some cases where there is no advance payment (shipping costs vary depending on delivery speed and volume, usually from 50,000 VND to 180,000 VND).

# Send goods via transport (coach, bus, train): customers need to transfer money in advance, and all transport fees are free.
